Ingredients

    2 skinless, boneless chicken breasts cut into bite size pieces
    3 Johnsonville Brats, casings removed and cut into bite size pieces
    1 can of black olives, drained and halved
    1 Small onion chopped
    1 tablespoon olive oil
    2 cloves garlic, crushed
    1 can no salt tomato sauce
    1/2 cup red wine
    1 tablespoons dried basil
    1 teaspoon dried rosemary
    salt and pepper to taste

Directions

In a large, deep skillet over medium low heat, put oil, onion and garlic and saute to flavor oil. Add chicken, sausage, olives and spices to skillet and brown both lightly until the meat is opaque. Add the tomato sauce and the wine. Bring to a boil and let simmer for 20 minutes. Add salt and pepper to taste. Add cooked, drained pasta to the skillet mixture. Toss and serve. Pasta not included in calculations.
