Favorite Pasta Salad

Introduction

This pasta salad is FULL of veggies! This pasta salad is FULL of veggies!
Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    12 oz whole wheat pasta
    1 medium cucumber, peeled & chopped
    1 medium red bell pepper, chopped
    1 medium green bell pepper, chopped
    1 bag Birds Eye frozen cauliflower, broccoli, and carrots
    1 cup diced low fat cheddar cheese
    1 cup Kraft Light Done Right Zesty Italian Dressing

Directions

Cook the pasta according to package directions. Drain the cooked pasta over the frozen vegetables. Rinse with cold water.
Add chopped vegetables and Italian dressing.
Toss everything together.
Add the cubed cheese and toss again.
Chill and serve or serve immediately.
