1 cup whole wheat flour
1/4 tsp salt
1/3 cup water
2 tsp oil
let sit at least ten min .. can be all day if you want
knead on a flour surface until soft
break into 4 balls
pat and put a touch of oil on each ball fold and add one more drop. about 1/2 teaspoon per ball total
pat and roll out in a circle ..flipping and rolling until they are under 1/4 inch thick .. the thinner they are the crisper they are.. so its your choice.
heat a cast iron or heavy pan till hot.- ungreased
flip thin pancake like loaf onto pan till it starts to bubble then flip to other other side about 2 min on each side.
Eat and enjoy
