Mushroom, Squash and Tomato skillet

Ingredients

    1 Tbsp olive oil
    3 cloves garlic, minced
    1 medium onion, sliced thin
    1 cup sliced mushrooms
    1 cup sliced zucchini
    1 cup sliced summer squash
    12 cherry tomatoes, halved
    1 Tbsp Mrs Dash Zesty blend (or Kroger brand)
    Zest of one lemon

Directions

Heat oil and butter in skillet over medium high heat.
Add garlic, onion and mushrooms and saute for about 3 minutes.
Add the remaining ingredients and saute until desired doneness. (about 20 minutes till tender, less if you like your vegetables crisp tender)
