Coconut Almond Date Rolls

Submitted by: LESS_IS_MO

Introduction

no cook, no sugar; just mix, divide and eat no cook, no sugar; just mix, divide and eat
Number of Servings: 5

Ingredients

Almond butter may also be used and is even more delish! Adjust cardamom to your tastes.

Directions

Lay all ingredients on a chopping board. Use your butcher's knife to chop and mix until dates and almonds are chopped to your liking. Divide into 5 balls and squeeze hard with your hands to form logs or rolls. If items won't stick, you may need a little more peanut butter.
Note: almond butter is even tastier in this recipe than peanut butter.

Serving Size: Makes about 5 log-shaped snacks

Number of Servings: 5
