Scalloped Oysters

Ingredients

    3 cans Whole Oysters
    1 sleeve Ritz crackers
    1/2 chopped onion
    1 12 ounce can Non-Fat Evaporated Milk
    3 tbsp. Blue Bonnet Light, cut into 6 pieces

Directions

Crush 1 sleeve crackers, put into baking dish. Add Oysters, juice & all, add onions and milk. Mix well until moist. Add 6 pieces of butter on top of the mixture.
Bake for 45 mintues at 350*f.
