*1 lb. boneless skinless chicken breast cut into bite sized pieces
*1/2 cup sliced red pepper strips
*1-6 oz package baby spinach leaves
*1 tub PHILADELPHIA Sasvory Garlic Cooking Creme
*2 cups hot cooked penne pasta (I used whole wheat pasta)
*2 T toasted pine nuts (optional)
*Cook chicken and pepper strips in large non stick skillet on medium heat 5 to 6 minutes or until chicken is done. *Add spinach, cook and stir 2 to 3 minutes or until wilted. *Add cooking creme and reserved liquid, cook and stir 3 minutes.
*Stir in pasta,top with pine nuts if desired.
Serving Size: 4-1 cup servings
