Ingredients

    Ingredients:
    *Zucchini (1 Serving = A large Zucchini (11 oz.)), .5 serving (remove)
    *100% Pure Olive Oil - Aldi's, .5 tbsp (remove)
    Garlic, 1 clove (remove)
    *Balsamic Vinegar, .33 tbsp (remove)
    *Kosher Salt (Morton) (1/4 tsp), .33 serving (remove)
    Pepper, black, .33 tsp (remove)
    *Chiabatta roll- one-2 ounces, 1 serving (remove)
    Basil, 2 leaves (remove)
    Red Ripe Tomatoes, 2 slice, medium (1/4" thick) (remove)
    Goat's milk Cheese (Laura Chenel), 1 oz (remove)



Directions

toast the bread.
fry zucchini and chopped garlic in a little olive oil,remove feom heat and drizzle vineegar over zucchini add salt and pepper.
add the zucchini to one sandwich half ,add the basil leaves ,tomato and cheese drizzle the leftover vinegar on top half of sandwich ,place on top of the sandwich and BonAppetit.
