Omlette - green pepper/onion/turkey

Introduction

Number of Servings: 5

Ingredients

    1 - large onion
    3/4 cup - green bell peppers
    6 - large eggs
    1 tbsp - Olive oil
    1 cup - Kraft Mexican Style Taco Cheese
    6 slices - Turkey Breast

    Spices as you like

Directions

Heat large skillet with olive oil - toss in sliced onions and peppers... cook for a few minutes. Spread them evenly along the bottom of the pan.
Lightly beat your eggs in a bowl, adding spices as you like. Pour eggs carefully over the mixture.
Allow to cook a few minutes, covered. When eggs are just about done, add the cheese and turkey to half of your mixture. flip the other half on top of it and let sit a few moments off the heat.
Cut into five equal portions

Serving Size: This makes one huge omlette - 5 servings
