Introduction

Ingredients

    1 cup Masa
    1/2 cup cornmeal
    1/2 cup Splenda
    1 teaspoon baking soda
    1 cup plain nonfat yogurt
    1/2 cup Honey
    1/2 cup Eggbeaters
    1 cup frozen white corn

Directions

Directions
1. Preheat oven to 390. Lightly grease a glass 9x13 inch baking dish.
2. In a large bowl, mix masa, cornmeal, Splenda, baking soda. Stir in yogurt, corn and eggbeaters. Do not over mix, stir only until well blended. Spread batter evenly into prepared pan.
3. Bake in the middle of a preheated oven for 30 minutes, or until center of the bread springs back when gently pressed.
