Introduction

Number of Servings: 12

Ingredients

    5 cups puffed wheat
    5 cups puffed rice
    1 cup raw or dry roasted peanuts
    1/4 cup olive oil
    ginger (about 1 inch, cut in small pieces or grated)
    1 green chilli cut in small pieces
    Turmeric (many good health properties)
    Kalongi
    salt

Directions

Cook the ginger in oil along with peanuts if not already roasted, mix in the spices.
Pour over the puffed grains.
The oil carries the spices to the grains. You may be able to reduce the amount if you are tight with your fat consumption.
