Chicken & Broccoli Rice Casserole

Ingredients

    12 oz Boneless Chicken Breast
    1 tbsp Olive Oil
    10oz Broccoli (frozen or fresh)
    1 can condensed Cream of Chicken soup (10.75oz)
    1 can condensed Cheedar Cheese soup (10.75)
    1.5 C uncooked Minute Rice

Directions

Cook diced chicken on medium heat with olive oil in pan for about 10 minutes
Combine chicken, uncooked rice, broccoli and soups in baking dish (13x9 or 8x8)
Add half cup water
Bake at 350 for 35-40 minutes or until rice is cooked


Serving Size: Makes about 8 one cup servings
