Introduction

I'm not much of a baker, but this recipe, even I have not yet been able to flop. I'm not much of a baker, but this recipe, even I have not yet been able to flop.

Ingredients

    2 Cups Flour
    3 Teaspoons Baking Powder
    1 Cups Sugar
    Teaspoon Salt
    Cup Oil / Margarine
    1 Cup Milk
    Teaspoon Vanilla Essence
    3 Eggs

Directions

Mix all the dry ingredients. Then mix all the wet ingredients. Add these to dry ingredients & mix well. Place in cake pan & bake at 180 degrees Celcius for 45 - 60 minutes.
