Introduction

This is a good recipe base for tacos, burritos or any main dish. Also good on nachos. This is a good recipe base for tacos, burritos or any main dish. Also good on nachos.

Ingredients

    *EDIBLE CACTUS, 554 gram (remove)
    Beans, pinto, 2.5 cup (remove)
    Onions, raw, 1 cup, chopped (remove)
    Green Peppers (bell peppers), 1 cup, chopped (remove)
    Olive Oil, 2 tbsp (remove)

Directions

heat oil. Cook cactus for 10 min covered. Remove lid and cook an additional 10-15 min untill stickiness is gone. Add onions and bell peppers. Season to taste. Add cooked pinto beans. Continue cooking until beans are hot. Serve as tacos, burritos. On Nachos or with Tortilla chips. Serving suggestions are not included in calorie count.
