Quick Homemade Banana Ice Cream

Introduction

This is a quick easy icecream recipe that is creamy and delicious. Skim milk and skim evaporated may be used to reduce the fat, but the small amount of fat in this recipe gives it a bit of creaminess that the fat free would be missing. Number of Servings: 16

Ingredients

    2 boxes Banana Instant pudding
    2 cans evaporated Milk
    1/2 gallon 2% milk
    1 lb powdered sugar
    3 medium size mashed bananas

Directions

Mix the pudding, pwdr sugar, and evaporated milk in a bowl. Mash bananas and add to mixture. Pour into icecream freezer and add 2% milk until it equals 1 gallon. Follow manufacturer's instructions on your icecream freezer.
