Open blueberry pie with graham crust

Ingredients

Graham Crackers, plain, honey, or cinnamon, 18 large rectangular piece or 2 square
*Flour, white, .25 cup
Apple juice, unsweetened, .5 cup
Butter, unsalted, 2 tbsp
Blueberries, fresh, 4 cup
Granulated Sugar, .375 cup
Nutmeg, ground, .5 tsp
Lemon juice, 2 tbsp
Directions
Mix the graham crackers with the flour, apple juice and melted butter. Spread in a pie pan and bake for 10 minutes at 375. Put half the blueberries in a pan on moderate to low heat with the sugar, lemon juice and nutmeg. Cover and stir occasionally, until sugar has dissolved and blueberries begin to pop. Remove from heat and stir in remaining blueberries. Let cool. Serve.

...?? do you spoon the blueberry mixture on the baked crust while still hot, or after cooled? Do you crush up the graham crackers, or leave them whole? - 7/18/11

Sorry! Yes, crush up the graham crackers (you can buy them in crumb form if you don't want to put them in the food processor.) I let mine sit for about 10 minutes, but that was mostly because I was still making the filling. Hope that helps. Family LOVED this pie.
