*Ronzoni, Whole Wheat Penne Rigate, 12 oz (remove)
*Louis Kemp, Crab Delights-imitation crab, 1 cup (remove)
Shrimp, raw, 8 oz (remove)
*Smart Choice Spin blend Omega Salad Dressing, 4 tbsp (remove)
Great Value Manzanilla Green Olives (Pimiento Stuffed ) 5 Olives, 3 serving (remove)
Red Ripe Tomatoes, .75 cup, chopped or sliced (remove)
*President Crumbled Feta: Mediterranean Herbs, 3 oz (remove)
*Colby and Monterey Jack Cheese shredded, 0.5 cup (remove)
In the meantime, chop up 1-8oz. package of faux crabmeat, 8 oz. thawed out shrimp
Chop a 3-4 oz can of green olives and 2-3 small, roma tomatoes and add to the bowl
toss in 1/2 package feta cheese and 1/3 to 1/2 cup shredded colby jack cheese
Toss all the above in 1/4 to 1/2 cup Miracle-Whip or Spin Blend type salad dressing.
Add in seasonings to taste-I prefer basil, Mrs. Dash and some onion.
