haddock fillets (2 lbs)
1/2 cup flour
1/2 cup olive oil
Sprinkle salt and pepper on both sides of fish, then dredge fish in flour, coating lightly.
Fry fish in oil approximately 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown.
For an extra treat, melt a stick of butter or margarine on the stove with a minced clove of garlic. Pour a tablespoon of garlic butter over each fish fillet. Garlic butter is NOT included in the calorie calculations.
Serving Size: 6 (1/2 fillet) portions
