Quick Butter Biscuits

Introduction

The name says it all-- super easy, buttery biscuits. A favorite in our home!! The name says it all-- super easy, buttery biscuits. A favorite in our home!!
Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    1 1/2 c. self-rising flour
    1/2 c. milk
    1/4 c. margarine (or butter)

Directions

Melt 1/4 c. margarine in an 8X8 baking dish. Mix the milk and the self-rising flour to form a soft dough. Turn onto a floured surface and knead several times. Roll into a square/rectangle and cut into 8 pieces. Turn each piece in the melted margarine and bake at 425 for 10-15 minutes, until browned. Break apart and enjoy!
