Introduction

A muffin is a great breakfast when you're in a rush.... except that they are loaded with sugar and are not a balanced way to start your day. I tried making these muffins in order to have an easy breakfast that is less calories and more filling A muffin is a great breakfast when you're in a rush.... except that they are loaded with sugar and are not a balanced way to start your day. Number of Servings: 12

Ingredients

    2 Cups of Flour (white or whole wheat)
    4 Tsp of White Sugar
    3 Tsp of Baking powder
    1 Tsp of Salt
    1 Tsp of pepper
    0.5 Tsp of Garlic Powder
    1 Cup of chopped Ham
    1 Cup of Graded Cheddar Cheese
    1 Cup of Milk
    2 Large Eggs
    0.25 Cup of Oil

Directions

1) Preheat the Oven to 400 degrees F

2) Dry Ingredients: Mix the Flour, sugar, Baking powder, salt, pepper, and garlic powder.

3) Wet Ingredients: Beat the milk, eggs and oil together

4) Mix the dry ingredients with the wet ingredients

5) Add the Ham and Cheese

6) Grease or Add Baking Paper to muffin tin

7) Bake at 400 for 15-20 minutes or until a fork can be put in and come out clean

8) Allow to cool for 10 min

Serving Size: Makes 12 regular sized muffins
