Ingredients

    egg, Trader Joe's sprouted whole wheat fiber bread, a dollop of fat free Greek yogurt, 1 tbls. cinnamon and 1 packet of Truvia
    sugar free syrup and 1 tsp of butter

Directions

mix egg with yogurt, cinnamon and truvia, beat well. Add 1 slice of sprouted bread and soak both sides completely absorbing liquid. Put in a medium high pre-heated pan and cook until brown on both sides. It will take a minimum of 5-8 minutes to cook completely. Serve with a bit of butter and sugar free syrup
