Ingredients

    Milk, nonfat, 1 cup (remove)
    Egg, fresh, 2 large (remove)
    Granulated Sugar, 1 tsp (remove)
    Vanilla Extract, 1 tbsp (remove)
    *Extra Virgin Olive Oil, 1 tbsp (remove)
    Panera Bread Braided Challah, 2 serving (remove)
    *Peaches, fresh, 2 cup slices (remove)
    *Margarine, soft, 1 tsp (remove)
    Jams, preserves, jelly, 1 Tbsp (remove)
    Granulated Sugar, 4 tsp (remove)
    Almonds, 1 oz (24 whole kernels)

Directions

combine eggs, milk, granulated sugar, vanilla in baking dish. Slice challah into 1 inch slices. Dip challah into egg mixture. Slice peaches and sprinkle lightly with granulated sugar. Combine peach preserves with margarine. Coat a non-stick fry pan with olive oil. cook soaked bread in pan turning once after 1st side has browned. To assemble place cooked bread on plate, top with preserve mixture, then peaches. Sprinkle with almonds and powdered sugar.
