Croissant Pizza

Introduction

A light pizza made on a croissant base and can be changed up each time you make it! A light pizza made on a croissant base and can be changed up each time you make it!
Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    1 roll refrigerated croissant rolls
    1 8oz pkg 1/3 less fat cream cheese
    1 8oz pkg fat free sour cream
    2 tbsp Hidden Valley Ranch dry seasoning
    1 tsp garlic powder
    2 cups mixed broccoli and cauliflower florets chopped
    1 tomato seeded and diced
    optional: sliced black olives, bacon bits, shredded cheese, diced pickles, various vegetables

Directions

Roll out the croissant dough on a cookie sheet and flatten out, if needed remove 2 sections and piece it to the side. Sprinkle the top with garlic powder and then bake in a 350 degree oven for 8-10 minutes until browned. Remove from oven and allow to cool. In a medium sized bowl blend the cream cheese, sour cream, Ranch powder, and garlic powder together. Spread the cheese mixture onto the croissant crust. Sprinkle with the veggies, slice, & serve!

Serving Size: makes 4 servings as lunch or 16 servings as appetizers
