Ingredients

2 lbs ground beef
white onion medium
minced garlic, about 2 tsp give or take
cream of chicken soup, 1 can
chicken broth (about 1 cup)
worchester sauce, about 2 tsp (to taste)
1/3 cup shredded cheddar
5 med russet potatos
1/4 cup milk (I used non fat)
1/2 cup butter *opt
1/2 cup shredded cheddar
Directions
Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
chop and sautee onions over med.heat. Add ground beef and cook until brown, drain. Add garlic, can of soup, broth, worchester sauce and cheddar cheese and heat on low until simmered through.
Place in oven proof dish.
Peel potatoes and chop into 1 inch pieces. Boil until tender. Mash (I use mixer) with milk, garlic, and salt/pepper to taste. Spread on top of ground beef mixture. Sprinkle the 1/2 cup cheddar on top and bake in oven for about 20-30 minutes.
Serve with salad and a glass of wine!
