Cyndalls NIcoise Salad

Introduction

Made this one up on a whim needing a quick yummy dinner. Made this one up on a whim needing a quick yummy dinner.
Number of Servings: 2

Ingredients

    1 bag Green Giant Steamers Roasted Red Potato and Green Beans in Rosemary Butter Sauce
    2 Hard Boiled Eggs - Sliced
    1 Can Tuna (in water) drained and rinsed
    Approximately 5 cups romaine lettuce

Directions

Cook the Green Giant Steamer following the bag instructions. While it cooks prep the tuna and eggs. Once the steamer bag is done add all ingredients to a bowl. Toss and Serve.

Serving Size: Makes 2 Equal Servings
