Introduction

Amazing versatile crackers that can be made with any type of flour, white or whole grain! Amazing versatile crackers that can be made with any type of flour, white or whole grain!
Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    Ground flax 4 -6 Tbs
    2 C flour - any kind
    1 tsp baking power
    1/2 tsp salt
    2/3 c warm water
    1/3 c olive oil
    1 Tbs onion powder

Directions

Mush ingredients into a ball. Divide dough in half.
Roll one part of the dough paper thin - works best in between 2 sheets of wax paper.
Sprinkle of whatever you want - coarse salt, granulated garlic, sesame seeds, zaatar, onion powder, a teeny bit of ground fennel etc!
Cut up into squares or whatever shape you'd like with a pizza cutter.

Bake at 200 Celsius (400 F) for 10-12 minutes

Serving Size: Makes two trays of crackers - serves about 8
