2 Joseph's Flax, Oat Bran & Whole Wheat Flour Pitas
8 oz Gold N Plump boneless skinless split chicken breasts
4 TBSP Tzatziki sauce
1 medium Roma Tomato, thinly sliced
1/2 cup Red onion, thinly sliced
5 cups Fresh Express Spinach
1/2 TBSP Lemon juice
1.5 tsp Salt Free Greek Seasoning
Pam Olive oil spray
You can also top with crumbled feta cheese if desired.
Slice tomato and red onion into thin slices.
Spray skillet with Pam Olive oil.
Add chicken to skillet, sprinkle with Greek seasoning, and cook over medium heat until nearly done.
Spray chicken with Pam Olive oil as necessary to keep moist while cooking.
Add fresh spinach and lemon juice, and cook until ispinach begins to soften.
Spread Tzatziki sauce into each pita pocket, fill with chicken spinach mixture, and top with sliced tomatoes and onions
