Stuffed Peppers

Ingredients

4 lg. green peppers
1 lb. Jimmy Dean Hot Sausage
1/2 c. rice (pre-cooked)
1 tsp. salt
Dash pepper
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
2 tbsp. chopped onion
1 egg
15 oz. tomato sauce
1/2 c. grated cheese (mozzarella)
Directions
Clean green peppers, cut in half, and boil for 5 minutes. Cool.
Mix rice, sausage, pepper, Worcestershire, onion , egg, cheese and add 1/2 the can of tomato sauce to stuffing.
Place in casserole and stuff.
Pour remaining tomato sauce over stuffed peppers
You can also add cheese to the top when there is about 10 min left, I did not add the extra cheese in the nutritional values.
Cook for 45 minutes to an hour at 350 degrees.
