Blueberry Sauce

Ingredients

    1 1/2 c. Fresh Blueberries
    2 T. Cornstarch
    1 c. water
    1/4 c. Splenda

Directions

Place Blueberries in saucepan. Mic cornstarch and water together to dissolve. Add to blueberries bring to a boil for a few minutes and then simmer until beries are soft and mixture syrupy. Add more water and splenda to adjust sweetnesss, if neccessary. Use on ice cream when cool or as a topping for pancakes.

Serving Size: Makes 2 3/4 c Servings
