Introduction

Sweet treat for those on the HCG Diet or for anyone who wants a quick, easy, and healthy dessert. Sweet treat for those on the HCG Diet or for anyone who wants a quick, easy, and healthy dessert.
Number of Servings: 1

Ingredients

    1 Apple (green)
    1 Packet of Stevia
    1 tbsp of Cinnamon

Directions

1. Cut apple in half.
2. Rinse apple under water and place in microwaveable bowl.
3. Pour Stevia over apple halves.
4. Pour cinnamon over apple halves.
5. Microwave for 1:30-2:00 minutes.
6. Let cool for 5 minutes.
7. Cut halves into slices.

Enjoy!

  • I sliced the apple thinly, sprinkled cinnamon & sweetener & layered them into 2 ramekins. I sprinkled more cinnamon & sweetener before baking at 350 for 20 min. My husband & I were surprised by how good it tastes. - 1/31/13

  • This totally took care of a sweet tooth! I however am not a fan of the microwave if I can help it so I put ours in the oven. It takes alot longer so I put it in as I pulled dinner out and by the time we were ready for dessert it was ready for us! - 7/29/11
