Introduction

Ingredients

    1.5 c. (1 can) chick peas
    1/4 c. tahini
    3 Tblsp lemon juice
    1/8 c. water or broth
    2 cloves garlic (minced)
    paprika (a dash)
    1 Tblsp olive oil
    8 small, Spanish green olives

Directions

Combine all in a food processor until smooth.

Serving Size: Little more than 4 1/4c. servings
