Chicken carrot and napa cabbage stir fry

Ingredients

    1/2 chicken breast
    1 chicken thigh
    3 scallions
    1 tsp minced garlic
    1 tsp grated ginger
    1 cup carrots, julienne sliced (very thin sticks)
    3 cups julienne sliced napa cabbage
    1 tsp dark vinegar
    1 tsp cooking wine
    1 tsp maggi soy sauce
    1 tsp sesame oil
    salt & pepper to taste

Directions

dice chicken, add to soy sauce, vinegar, wine and marinate for about 10 minutes.

Dice scallons, and slice carrots and napa cabbage.

Add oil to wok, add 1/2 of the scallions, ginger and garlic. Add chicken. After about 5 minutes, add carrots. Add salt and pepper to taste. Add napa cabbage. Add sesame oil at the very end. Serve with your favorite carbohydrate.

Serving Size: Makes 3 servings of soup
