Ingredients

    1/2 C Molasses
    1/2 C honey
    2 large eggs
    1/4 C low fat buttermilk (99% fat free)
    2 C rolled oats
    1.5- 2 C wholewheat flour
    2 tsp baking powder
    2tsp ground ginger
    4 tbsp chocolate chips

Directions

Whisk the molasses, honey, ricotta, buttermilk and eggs until combined.

Add the oats, flour, ginger and baking powder into the batter and mis until combined, add chocolate chips if you want.
