Beef Curry Stir Fry

Introduction

A easy curry for when you feel spicy. A easy curry for when you feel spicy.
Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    Beef, round steak, 4 lb
    Sesame Oil, 1 tbsp
    Onions, raw, 1.5 cup, chopped
    Garlic, 2 clove
    Ginger, ground, 1 tbsp
    *Cumin (ground), 1 tsp
    Chili powder, 1 tsp
    *Lawry's Season Salt, 1 tsp
    Muir Glen Organic Crushed Tomatoes with Basil, 1.75 cup

Directions

Place all ingredients, except tomatoes, in a large container with lid, blend and let sit overnight.
The following day stir fry all ingredients in a large skillet for about 20 minutes or until the beef cooks down; add tomatoes and continue to stir fry for an additional 10 minutes
Remove from heat and serve.
Can be served over rice or rice sticks.
