Ingredients

    1 acorn squash,2 teaspoons brown sugar splenda, 1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice,1 teaspoon olive oil, cup unsweetend applesauce

Directions

cut acorn squash in half, sprinkle each half with olive oil, brown sugar splenda and pumpkin pie spice, put in zip n steam bag in microwave for 8 minutes or until tender. Let cool a bit, remove from bag, mash a bit, top with unsweetened applesauce. Each half serves 1
