Cheeseburger pie

Ingredients

    Ground Beef (extra lean), 1 unit, cooked (yield from 1 lb raw m (remove)
    *Kraft 2% Shredded Cheddar Cheese, 1.25 cup (remove)
    Egg, fresh, 2 large (remove)
    Milk, 2%, 1 cup (remove)
    *Heart Smart Bisquick (mix only), 0.25 cup (remove)

Directions

Place cooked beef in pie plate. Sprinkle cheese on top beef. Mix remaining ingredients and pour over. Cook @ 400 for about 25 minutes until knife comes out clean and top is "toasted". I seasoned my beef with Lawrys when I cooked it.
