    Lettuce, red leaf (salad), 5 leaf outer
    Pecans, .08 cup, chopped
    Cranberries, dried, sweetened (craisins), 0.25 cup
    Granny smith apple - 2 med. apples
    Salad Dressing - Brianna's Poppy Seed, 2 tbsp
