6 Nasoya Egg Roll Wrappers
1 can of Black Beans
1 lb. Ground Turkey
3/4 cup Cheddar Cheese
Drain the black beans and add to the turkey with the taco seasoning.
Cut the egg roll wrappers into 4 pieces.
Place 1 piece of egg roll wrapper into muffin pan and put meat, then top with cheese, repeat in same muffin cup. Do this with all the muffin cups.
Bake at 350 for 15-20 minutes.

I made them in the large muffin pan (6 in each pan) But you can make them in the smaller muffin pans as well!
