Introduction

Finally! A Nutella like spread that low-carb, gluten free, dairy free, and peanut free that people can eat! Finally! A Nutella like spread that low-carb, gluten free, dairy free, and peanut free that people can eat!
Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    Vanilla Extract, 1 tbsp (remove)
    Hazelnuts, 1 cup, whole (remove)
    Cocoa, dry powder, unsweetened, .25 cup (remove)
    Splenda, 15 tsp (remove)
    Olive Oil, 1 tbsp (remove)
    Salt, 2 dash (remove)

Directions

1. Process hazelnuts in food processor until resembles peanut butter. (Better to use a small food procesor rather than a large one. Seems to process better.)

2. Add next 3 ingredients and process until smooth. Add oil until desired consistency is reached.

3. Store in refrigerator for up to 2 months.
