Ingredients

    Onion inner ring
    Green Peppers
    Mushrooms
    2 Eggs
    Salt
    Allspice
    Lemon/pepper seasoning

Directions

Make like you are cooking an omelet with the first egg, add veggies in it and mix it all up. Then scramble it. Add second egg and stir. Take biggest inner ring of peeled onion and put it in the pan. Scoop all egg and veggies and put inside onion ring. Sprinkle salt on top, flip, sprinkle allspice on bottom, flip, add some olive oil to help cook onion, flip, repeat, flip, add lemon and pepper seasoning. Cook until tips of onion are bendy.
Serve on cool looking plate!
