2 slices Pepperidge Farm Italian Bread with Sesame Seeds
1 Tbsp Buitoni Reduced Fat Pesto with Basil
1/2 plum tomato, sliced
1 slice Provolone cheese
Olive oil, just a touch
Spray one side of each slice of bread with cooking spray (I use olive oil in a mister). Spread pesto on un-oiled side of one slice of bread. Lay tomato slices on top of pesto and top with slice of cheese. Place other slice of bread, oiled side up, on top. Toast in a panini press for best results, but it could be grilled like a grilled cheese.
