Easy Barbecued Beans and Rice

Ingredients

    1 can of each
    Pink Beans
    Red Kidney Beans
    Garbanzo Beans
    Black Beans
    Stewed tomatoes
    1 cup water
    1 red bell pepper (cut into chunks)
    1 green bell pepper (cut into chunks)
    1 medium onion (cut into chunks)
    1 cup of brown rice (uncooked)

Directions

Cook rice (takes 45 minutes)
Cook vegetables until tender
Rinse beans and add to vegetables along with BBQ sauce, tomatoes and water. The entire cup of water may not be needed - add to desired consistency
