Home Made Potato Salad (No Egg)

Introduction

When making this potato salad, I usually make it like this and seperate out about 1/4 of it , then add 3 boiled eggs for the rest of the family. When making this potato salad, I usually make it like this and seperate out about 1/4 of it , then add 3 boiled eggs for the rest of the family.

Ingredients

    12 small -medium potatoes, boiled, skin on
    1/2 small onion, diced finely
    1/2 Cup Best Foods Mayonnaise
    1/2 Cup Best Foods, Low Fat Mayonnaise
    1 Med can sliced Olives, drained
    2 Tbs Dill Relish

Directions

Boil the potatoes, skins on, abt 30 min, or until done. drain then run cold water over and allow to cool. After cooled, peal and dice into bite sized pieces. Add all other ingredients, mix and put into fridge to mix flavors.
