Ingredients

    1 firm, tart apple
    1 t earth balance buttery spread
    1 t white or brown sugar
    1 t ground cinnamon

Directions

core apple, leaving bottom closed.
mix sugar and cinnamon and pour into center of apple.
place 1 t earth balance into center of apple.
put apple into a covered dish and cook for 3 to 4 minutes.
