Introduction

This smoothie is light and refreshing! Don't be afraid of using this much mint - the result is a yummy, healthy take on a mojito! This smoothie is light and refreshing! Don't be afraid of using this much mint - the result is a yummy, healthy take on a mojito!
Number of Servings: 2

Ingredients

    2 cups honeydew melon, cut into chunks
    1 cup frozen seedless white grapes
    1/2 cup (packed) fresh mint leaves
    juice of 1/2 lime
    1 ice cube

Directions

* Place all ingredients in a blender.
* Blend on high until smooth, pulsing when necessary to liquify.
* Pour into 2 glasses and enjoy.
