Ingredients

    Olive Oil,2 1tsp (remove)
    Onions, raw, 1.5 cup, chopped (remove)
    Rosemary, 2 tsp (remove)
    Salt, .2 tsp (remove)
    *BLACKPEPPER, 1 tsp (remove)
    Fontine Cheese, shredded, 0.66 cup (remove)
    *Tyson boneless, skinless chicken breast, 16 oz (remove)
    White Wine, 4 fl oz (remove)
    Chicken Broth, 1 cup (8 fl oz) (remove)
    Flour 3 T, 1 tbsp (remove)

Directions

Heat1 t. oil in nonstick skillet over med-hi heat. Add onion and 1 t. rosemary. cook stirring occasionally, until onion is brown 6 -7 min. Season with Salt and pepper, Let cool. Stir in fontina. Cut a horizontal slit along the thin, long edge of each breast half. Stuff each breast with 1/4 cup of onion-cheese misture. Heat 1 t in same skillet over medium-hi heat. Addd chicken and cook til golden, about 5 minutes. Transfer to a plate, cover with foil to keep warm. Add wine and remaining rosemary to pan. Cook 2 minutes. Whisk broth and flour in a bowl till smooth, add to pan, reduce heat to low.Whisk until the sauce thickens. Return chicken to pan and coat with sauce. Cook, covered until the chicken is just cooked thru. 2-4 minutes.,
