1# Round Steak .5 cup flour 2 t bacon grease 1 can Cream of Mushroom Soup .5 c milk salt & pepper to taste garlic powder to taste
Pound round steak until tenderized. Season. Cut into individual size pieces. Dredge in flour. Melt bacon grease in pan and brown steaks on each side. Mix soup w/milk. Put steaks in slow cooker and cover with soup mixture. Cook on low for 6 hours.
