Palak Chi Patal Bhaji

Introduction

Spinach cooked with peanuts and lentils. Spinach cooked with peanuts and lentils.
Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    Cook spinach with lentils and peanuts until lentil are soft. Beat the yogurt with besan and 1 cup of water and add it to spinach. Bring it to boil and salt and 3 teaspoons of sugar. Heat 2 teaspoon of canola oil and add 1 teaspoon cumin followed by chopped garlic. When garlic starts browning add turmeric and pour over spinach. Cover and let it rest for 10 minutes and serve over rice.
