Couscous, 2 cup Spinach, fresh, 4 cup Roma Tomatoes, 2 serving Parsley, 2 tbsp Cilantro, 1 tsp *Nakano Seasoned Rice Vinegar, 1 tbsp Extra Light Olive Oil, 1 tsp Oregano, ground, ½ tsp
Cook couscous according to package directions. While couscous is cooking, place all liquid ingredients in a jar and shake/mix well. Place all remaining ingredients in a large mixing bowl and toss. Remove couscous from stove and let cool. Season with black pepper and salt to taste. Garnish with fresh parsley leaves, paprika (optional).
