Ingredients

3 Cups Kamut Flour
2 1/2 Cups Water
1 TBSP Baking Powder
1 TBSP Olive Oil
1/4 tsp. Salt
Directions
Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
Add Dry ingredients to bowl and stir. In separate bowl, mix together liquids. Next, combine dry ingredents and liquids and stir
Line 9 x 5 inch loaf pan (completely) with parchment paper and pur batter into pan. Bake at 375 degrees for 50 - 60 Minutes or until tester comes out clean and the top is light to medium brown. Let pan cool for at least 1/2 hour before removing bread from pan. Remove by lifting out by parchment paper. Do not cut until the bread is completely cool. Then, slice into 16 slices and wrap individually or altogether and freeze. Use as needed.
